VKube:
- Added functionality to query UserService by Label, currently in the testing phase.
- Introduced the ability to customize Wallet names.
- Added Wallet usage guidelines explaining the association between user-purchased Services and the payment wallet.
- Implemented Follow Log for real-time tracking, automatically scrolling to the latest log entry.
- Developed Service Label management and retrieval functionality.
Node Watcher Tool:
- Enabled real-time and historical block synchronization.
- Supported real-time synchronization of the latest blocks and historical blocks.
- Allowed users to select specific events (e.g., an address receiving VSYS or tokens) and send them to a designated endpoint via Webhook.
- Enhanced high availability with distributed monitoring across multiple nodes, using distributed locks to avoid duplicate block processing and Webhook sending.
Optimizations
Merchant Side:
- Optimized the Magic generation logic to improve service stability.
VKube Web Page:
- Fixed a logic error causing duplicate wallet additions after a failed login attempt.
- Added an explanation of payment fees.
- Included a V-Cloud disclaimer.
- Updated the logo on the login page.
Node Watcher Tool:
- Optimized the Priority Queue and implemented a Delay Queue, which can be applied to other business logic and supports custom sorting.
- Enhanced the use of the Delay Queue in the Webhook Dispatcher.
- Used sync.cond to optimize the high-concurrency architecture, implementing a many-to-many producer-consumer model.
- Improved the efficiency of MongoDB Bitmap’s SetMany operation by employing batch bitwise operations and transaction locks to ensure high-performance consistency.
- Integrated Bitmap SetMany into the historical synchronizer to avoid duplicate block processing and ensure consistency across nodes.
- Separated the logic for real-time synchronization and historical synchronization to facilitate development and maintenance.
- Enabled the historical synchronizer to handle any missed blocks during real-time synchronization.
- Researched and optimized the Ethereum network discovery mechanism to implement automatic expansion of backup nodes, which includes automatically supplementing nodes when the list is insufficient and performing health monitoring.
Other
VKube:
- Recorded tutorial videos for using Vcloud/VKUBE.
- Researched a solution for implementing one-click deployment via CLI tools using Docker.
Configuration:
- Designed a hosted workflow.
- Implemented the user configuration hosting feature, now in the testing and debugging phase.
Node Watcher:
- Optimized the historical synchronizer by batching the recording of synchronization history after successfully syncing historical blocks to avoid duplicate processing and operation conflicts.
Tachyon Protocol
Tachyon Protocol is a decentralized Internet protocol that aims to bring new levels of user privacy, security, speed, and freedom to today’s Internet. Its first product will be a decentralized VPN. Moving on, Tachyon is going to be a page platform for many types of services. Tachyon chose V Systems for its well-designed consensus mechanism — SPoS, the capabilities of Euclid smart contracts, the Staking 2.0 initiative as well as the VSYS team’s approach to partnerships and ecosystem building.
- Fixing Stake Failures for Some App Users
The team optimized the retry mechanism for network requests and improved the verification speed to address account verification timeouts during high concurrency. Additionally, the synchronization mechanism between nodes was strengthened to ensure data consistency across nodes. - Fixing Issues in Boost Contract
The logic errors in the allocation mechanism of the Boost contract were fixed, and the reward distribution path was optimized. Automated contract testing was enhanced, with simulations of various high-load environments to ensure stable operation of the contract in complex conditions. - Continuously Optimizing Node Network Robustness and Stability
The team introduced a dynamic routing adjustment mechanism to accommodate network fluctuations, reducing latency and packet loss. Load balancing between nodes was improved, and redundant nodes were deployed to enhance the fault tolerance of the network. - Optimizing Node Network Connectivity in Some Regions
Additional redundant nodes were deployed, network routing strategies were optimized, and dynamic bandwidth adjustment technology was introduced to ensure data was transmitted via the optimal path, reducing the impact of network fluctuations. - Investigating VPN Connectivity Issues in Certain Regions
The team developed and optimized various protocol bypass solutions, including dynamic port adjustments, encryption level upgrades, and traffic disguise techniques. Redundant nodes were deployed to ensure that VPN services could function properly in restricted network environments. - Communicating with Cloud Providers to Resolve Node Connectivity Issues
Through technical collaboration and upgraded solutions, the team alleviated bandwidth pressure during peak periods by increasing bandwidth allocation. Additionally, high-performance backup nodes were deployed to improve node stability. - Researching Protocol Connectivity Issues
The team conducted targeted research on bottlenecks in cross-region and cross-operator connections. Optimizations included improving the protocol handshake process, introducing dynamic protocol switching based on network conditions, and enhancing the protocol’s encryption and anti-interference capabilities. - Fixing Issues with UnStake for Some Users
The team optimized the verification process for UnStake requests, added a retry mechanism for network requests, and strengthened node synchronization to resolve issues with UnStake operations. - Investigating Transfer Issues for Users in Certain Regions
The team optimized node network connectivity to reduce network fluctuation issues and made improvements to the protocol to enhance compatibility and stability. These actions helped to prevent transfer failures caused by unstable network connections and protocol compatibility issues.
